REFUNDS: All bookings are non-refundable. Gift certificates, gift cards, coupons, and cruise vouchers must be used at the time of booking and will not be accepted after the reservation is confirmed.
CRUISE TIMES: Cruises are scheduled on a space-available basis. Late guests will not receive a full or partial refund, and the cruise will end at scheduled end time. You may purchase extra time (if available).
NO SHOW: Guests who do not arrive will forfeit the entire cruise fee with no refund. If you are redeeming a gift certificate or voucher and you do not arrive for your cruise, your certificate is considered redeemed.
WEATHER: In case of inclement weather, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a raincheck valid in either of our locations (state tax charges will apply). We do not issue refunds. We will cruise in light rain only at your request (we recommend you bring an umbrella).
For safety reasons, we don’t recommend cruising when winds are 15-17 mph. We are not able to cruise if winds exceed 17 mph or if lightning is forecast.
TRANSFERING YOUR CRUISE: Cruises are transferable to another party – please call for authorization. We require contact information so we can confirm their identity upon arrival.
CHANGES TO YOUR CRUISE: Changes of date and/or time will incur a $35 fee but must be made at least 48-hours before the cruise and are based on availability. Reschedules requested the day of the cruise will incur a minimum $75 reschedule fee, which will increase if food and/or other consumables have been ordered. Reschedules within an hour of the cruise, after the scheduled cruise time has passed, or on days when cruises are sold out, will be significantly higher and may be forfeited entirely.
FRAUD PREVENTION: The cardholder must be present at check-in, with the credit/debit card used for booking and the matching ID, for secure scan validation at the time of arrival or the group will not be able to cruise. Alternate payment methods are available; please contact our office if you wish to make a substitute payment.
DISPUTES: Please contact us directly to resolve issues instead of disputing with your credit card company. Card disputes take up to 90+ days to resolve and will incur a $35 fee if resolved in our favor. Disputed rainchecks or gift cards may not be redeemed for at least 90 days after the dispute is initiated, even if you have notification from the bank that the dispute is closed.
